Refund policy

While I hope you LOVE your purchases from me, they are refundable.

When you make a purchase from my store, prior to completing your checkout, PLEASE review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct quantity, correct format, size, etc. 

Digital Products

Ebook purchases are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives after you complete your purchase. Please be sure to download your purchase. If you have issues with the ebook file, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com. They have a whole team to help with things like this and they're great!

Physical Products

Returns are eligible if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment (according to tracking). For return queries, please email mlane@mikalane.com. Use the subject “returns” and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the defective or damaged item.
